Refund Eligibility:
1. Refunds are applicable only for tournament registrations.
2. Refunds will be considered if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tournament date.
3. In the event of a cancellation, the refund amount will be processed based on the registration fee paid.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations can be requested up to 48 hours before the tournament date.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tournament date will not be eligible for a refund.
3. In the case of a no-show or failure to attend the tournament, no refund will be provided.
